This 4-hour water immersion workshop provides a safer place for for women of color to deepen our relationship with water.
The day will be filled with live music, swim skill-building, self-love exercises, mindfulness practices, community building, and play! An invitation to lean into joy, relaxation, and connection.
A 4 ft-deep 90 degree pool and generously heated deck allow for a comfortably warm experience no matter the outside weather.
This immersion welcomes and celebrates queer identities and all body types!
Total beginners to advanced swimmers welcome! We will spend some time in separate groups depending on experience level where you will have the opportunity to refine your water skills, no matter where you are on the spectrum.
$50-$125 sliding scale. Fee includes cost of pool, lifeguards, facilitation, and live music. Thank you for giving generously! To make this experience more accessible, some additional scholarships are available upon request (please contact us at [email protected] and include the amount that you are able to contribute!).
